De Hooch offers luxury apartments in the centre of Amsterdam, sold at the highest market price. This level of ambition required an innovative way of thinking - an interior that spoke to the versatile needs of high net worth individuals and grew more beautiful with time.

Our design moves away from opulence towards personalisation and low-key refinement. Tactile natural materials with a character are the soul of the space. They bring warmth, authenticity and a sense of wellness, while evolving over time with unique and surprising details. Tough textures, such as concrete, coexist with luxurious patinated brass, wood, marble and leather, creating multiple worlds within one space. The wooden shutters gently filter the light into an open and seemingly boundless apartment.

The entrance reveals a stately yet intimate living room that transitions into the study with glass pivot doors. Salvaged vintage floorboards are repurposed into a unique floor pattern to define the living room and kitchen. In contrast, the dining area features a rough concrete floor and a large black table, flanked by dramatically lit wine shelves and accessorised with TANK’s custom-designed TNK.01 chandelier.

The kitchen is the centrepiece of the residence, featuring a colossal marble island wedged between two columns. The back unit can be closed off for ventilation during cooking. The kitchen’s back-wall is made from glass bricks, transmitting the light and showcasing views onto the balcony.

All areas are open and versatile, inviting the residents to use different spaces for multiple needs.
